Warm Congratulations On The Establishment Of The Trade Union Committee Of Jining Gongxin Business Training School

Recently, the Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions reviewed and approved the list of the first members of the trade union committee submitted by Jining Gongxin Business Training School, marking establishment of the trade union committee of Jining Gongxin Business Training School. The establishment of the trade union is of great significance to the promotion of the democratic construction of the college and to better play the role of trade union organizations in the development of the college. It marks that the college has reached a new level in democratic management.

According to the approval of the Federation of Trade Unions of Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone,Guan Chenghui, Liu Lu, Zhou Lihua, Zhang Yanli, Zhao Zhuangchen, Yang Qingqing and Zhang Yaning comrades are the first trade union committee member.

The trade union committee is the bridge and link between the college and the faculty. As the representative and defender of the legal rights and interests of the faculty, the trade union committee plays a pivotal role in democratic management, labor disputes, civil mediation and cultural life of the faculty.

In the next step, the Trade Union Committee ofJining Gongxin Business Training School will under the guidance of the Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions, improve the college’s trade union committee system as soon as possible, strengthen the construction of the college’s trade union committee, and actively bring into play the maintenance, participation, solidarity and education of the union. The four major functions are to build a bridge to communicate with the staff and the masses, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the staff, while safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the staff, better guide the faculty and staff to make more contributions to the healthy development of the college!
