1. Control of paving speed

During the operation of the paver, the paving should always advance at a uniform speed, and the paving speed should match the output of the asphalt mixing station as much as possible, and the number of shutdowns should be controlled and reduced as much as possible. If the paving speed is suddenly changed, the loose paving coefficient of the road surface is likely to change accordingly, which will cause the smoothness of the road surface to deteriorate. When paving different asphalt layers, you need to adjust the paving speed, try to control it at 1.5-3 m/s.

2. Check the lock valve of the lifting hydraulic cylinder

When working, the lifting hydraulic cylinder of the paver is in a floating state. When the working state is stopped, in order to prevent the screed from sinking and affecting the smoothness of the road, the lower oil chamber of the lifting hydraulic cylinder should be locked. At this time, even if the lifting cylinder is still in a floating state, because the temperature of the machine will drop to a certain extent when the machine is waiting, there is a certain pressure in the upper oil chamber. At this time, when the paver is restarted, the screed The resistance will be increased accordingly, and the road surface will be concave. Therefore, during the construction process, the operator must always check the locking pressure of the oil chamber, the sealing performance of the hydraulic cylinder, and the use of the locking valve to prevent the quality of road paving from being affected during construction.

3. Check and adjust the track and supporting wheels

Because the weight of the screed above the paver is heavier, the center of the entire machine is originally backward, so in the working state, the force on the back roller is very large, and it is easy to be damaged. When the supporting roller at the rear is damaged when it is working, the paver will be undulating when it moves forward. The screed is one low and one high. The paving road is wavy, and the smoothness of the road is affected. Serious impact. Therefore, during the use of the paver, the paving speed should not be too fast and the distance traveled at a time should not be too long, otherwise the rollers will generate high temperatures during the fast driving process and cause the lubricating oil If it leaks, the support wheels will be damaged. If the operator does not replace the damaged rollers in time, the adjacent rollers will gradually be damaged due to excessive force.

If the degree of damage to the support wheels is very serious, in order to prevent accelerated wear of the newly replaced rollers, all of them must be replaced; if the degree of damage to the support wheels is light, a single replacement is sufficient. In order to avoid the phenomenon of deviation and jumping of teeth during the work of the paver, which affects the smoothness of the road surface, the tension of the tracks on both sides should be kept consistent and moderate, and the track shoes of the tracks on both sides and the gear teeth of the driving wheel should also be intact.
