Therefore, it is very important to control the proper oil temperature. When the oil temperature is too high, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection. Generally, the following aspects can be started.

Check whether the liquid level of the fuel tank is too low. Experience indicates that high oil temperature is often caused by lack of oil in the fuel tank, so it should be replenished in time when the oil is lacking, whether the hydraulic oil filter element and circuit are blocked, and whether the radiator is normal. If a large amount of dust adheres to the radiator, it can cause poor heat dissipation and increase the oil temperature. Since the working environment of the paver is dusty, the radiator should be cleared in time.

Whether the quality of hydraulic oil is qualified. If the quality of the oil involved is unqualified, the system oil temperature will also be too high. In addition, the hydraulic system works when there is a shortage of oil, which is likely to cause damage to the pump and motor. Therefore, the running status of the pump and motor should be checked after the oil shortage is removed. If necessary, replace the damaged parts of the pump and motor.

Spiral distributor does not work: The left and right distributors of the paver sometimes do not work. The reason is that the oil replenishment system has shortcomings. The reasons for the low pressure of the charge system are: the charge pump inlet is not smooth; the charge pump relief valve pressure is too low; the charge pump itself is shortcomings; the hydraulic motor is seriously disclosed. In general, check the charge pump and its overflow valve.
