How To Correctly Control A Small Concrete Mixer

1. The cement mixer should be installed on a solid and level ground to prevent dumping due to ground subsidence.

2. Before use and operation, check the machine systems according to the procedures of cleaning, tightening, lubricating, adjusting and anti-corrosion, and make them meet the requirements; hidden accidents must be eliminated in time.

3. Suitable fuses and grounding devices should be installed for electric-driven cement mixer and power distribution equipment to ensure the safety of the electrical system.

4. During the operation of the cement mixer, do not let sand and gravel fall into the running part of the machine, otherwise, the parts will be easily jammed and damaged.

5. After the feed hopper is raised, no one can pass or stay under the hopper.

6. It is not allowed to stop for no reason before discharging, nor to start after feeding. The feed volume cannot exceed the specified capacity.

7. After the cement mixer work is over, the mixer should be cleaned in time to prevent the concrete from agglomerating. When cleaning, protect electrical equipment from moisture. The cleaning work must be carried out after the power is off to prevent electric shock.
