(1) Always check whether the bolts, rivets, pins and other connecting parts of the scraper winch are loose or fall off, especially for the bearing seat bolts and anchor bolts. If they are loose, they should be tightened in time.
(2) Regularly check the gear meshing of the scraper winch reducer, check whether the gears are moving, whether the wear of the teeth exceeds the limit, whether there are cracks, broken teeth and other serious damage; whether there is enough oil in the fuel tank, and whether the oil has deteriorated or deposited. and so on.
(3) Always check whether the scraper winch lubricating oil pump is running normally, whether the oil flow of each lubricating part is smooth and quantitative, whether the oil ring is rotating, and whether the oil temperature is normal, otherwise it should be adjusted and replaced in time.
(4) Regularly check whether the brake wheel, brake disc, brake shoe, transmission mechanism, hydraulic station, etc. of the scraper winch braking system are flexible and normal, whether the gap between the brake block and the brake disc (or brake wheel) meets the regulations, and the insurance system Whether the action of the brake is normal, whether the brake operating handle still has a reserve travel of 1/4 of the full stroke when it is used in the library, whether the weight of the brake is cushioned by foreign objects, and whether the disc spring of the disc brake is not. Invalid, otherwise it will be dealt with and adjusted in time.
(5) Always check the screw and nut of the scraper winch depth indicator, and test the deceleration alarm bell and the overwinding protection switch. If there is any insensitive movement, it should be adjusted and tightened in time.
