Therefore, the cement mixer mixes ingredients through the rotary motion of the drum, while the mortar mixer uses the rotary motion of the paddle.

3. Adaptability

The hardness of mortar mixer is enough to adapt to terrazzo, paint, dry wall mud, plaster and other work. On the other hand, cement mixers are best used for larger aggregate mixtures.
