Operating principle of mortar spraying machine

The mixed materials are discharged into the vibrating hopper through the discharge port of the batching mixer (or manually mixed feeding), and then into the hopper of the guniting machine through the screen, and then into the variable speed lever of the rotor through the cavity. As the rotor rotates to the outlet, the compressed air in the air chamber blows the material into the cyclone separator. Here, another kind of wind is introduced by the cyclone separator, and the material is blown, accelerated, rotated and floated, and enters the feed pipe in the form of multi-head wind spiral, then reaches the nozzle and adds a small amount of make-up water to spray out.
