On September 2, Zhang Huadong, Chief Economist of Jining High-tech Zone and Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions, Li Chen, director of the Mass Work Division of the Party and Government Office of the High-tech Zone, and other leaders visited China Coal Group to study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the construction of mass organizations.

Under the guidance of Guan Chenghui, Secretary of the Party Committee of China Coal Group, and other leaders, Chairman Zhang and his entourage successively visited the corporate culture exhibition hall, party building activity center, and employee psychological counseling station of China Coal Group to learn more about the development history, corporate culture, technological innovation and group organization construction of China Coal Group. Everywhere they went, the leaders inquired carefully, listened carefully to the reports, and communicated cordially with the front-line workers from time to time to gain an in-depth understanding of their working and living conditions, and encouraged them to actively participate in the development of the enterprise and contribute to the realization of personal values and corporate vision.

Xu Weiwei, Chairman of the Labor Union of China Coal Group, gave a detailed introduction to the group's innovative practices, effective experience and future planning in group work in recent years.
