Road marking machine (or Road marking equipment, pavement marking car ) is a kind of mechanical device that paint traffic lines on the surface of highway, runway, parking lots to keep the traffic order and safety. Construction process of hot melt line markings:
1, Choose hot melt paint.
2, The paint powder is heated in hot melt machine called pre-heater,melt temperature was controlled at180 degrees Celsius to 220 degrees, and stirred for about 10 minutes before the paints marking.
3, The marker position and the measured positionspecified according to the designand graphics icons, and then coated in the figure labeledprimer paint.
4, When the coated primer is dry, the hot melt coating can be carried out at the same time spreading paint marking reflective glass beads, increased nighttimeidentifiable markings, thickness 1.5-1.8mm.
