80 ton long boom crane has two working forms: the standard type of main arm operation and the tower crane type with combination of main and auxiliary arms. When the main arm is operated, the lifting load is 1.5-80t, the arm length is 12.2-57m, the radius of gyration is 4-45m. There are 246 combinations. When the operation of the tower crane is operated, the lifting load is 1.5-15t, the main arm length is 25.9-44.2m, the auxiliary arm is 19.8-35.1m and the radius of gyration is 8.2-48m. The main arm and the auxiliary arm can be combined into 544 combinations.Consider about the factors of arm length, radius of gyration, lifting load and working condition, select 20 combination conditions from these hundreds of combinations. They include the maximum lifting load of the standard type and tower type, and their corresponding intermediate and maximum slewing radius conditions, the maximum lifting load of the longest corresponding arm and maximum slewing raidus conditions, maximum slewing radius and its corresponding maximum lifting load and middle slewing radius conditions.These 20 working conditions can fully relect the mechanical characteristics of all combinations of arms.
