Mechanical drive winch

A winch that is driven by a chain drive or a belt or a gear by a diesel engine or the like.

main feature:

       1. The fixed geometric position relationship between the driving components determines the design layout of the system, and the layout changes little;

       2. The transmission system has a large volume and a total weight;

       3. The installation and layout are complex, often requiring the finishing of the plane and precise component positioning;

       4. It is difficult to achieve a wide range of stepless speed regulation;

       5. In the case of load, it is difficult to achieve a smooth reversal;

       6. By using a hydraulic coupler, the maximum torque can be generated under the stalling work;

Electric drive winch

   The electric motor is used as the source power to drive the winch that rotates the drum through various transmission mechanisms.

main feature:

1. Adopting the specified speed motor drive method on small or low-end winch products, it can realize single-speed (or two-speed) and two-way rotation functions. The system is simple, but can not start at low speed and smooth shifting;

2. The AC variable frequency speed control mode is used to realize the stepless speed regulation from zero to the maximum speed. It can provide 100% rated torque under low speed and stalling conditions, and the speed regulation is stable.

3. The equipment is complex, and the technical level of the maintenance and maintenance personnel is relatively high.

Air winch

The compressed air provided by the air compressor is used as the motive force to drive the winch through a pneumatic motor or the like.

main feature:

1. Need to configure a compressed air station;

2. The working pressure of the pneumatic system is lower, the outer shape of the air motor is larger, and the total weight of the starting system is heavier;

3. Sensitive to the external environment, where the ambient temperature is low, there may be moisture condensation in the pneumatic pipelines and components;

4. Noise is high and a noise silencer is required.

Hydraulic winch

A winch that uses a hydraulic pump as a motive force to transmit power through a hydraulic motor or a hydraulic cylinder.

main feature:

1. Small size, light weight, low inertia force, when a sudden overload or stop, no large impact will occur;

2. Two-way realization of stepless speed control from zero to maximum speed;

3. Easy to change, can change the rotation of the working mechanism and the linear reciprocating motion without changing the direction of rotation of the motor;

4. The hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor are connected by oil pipes, and the workpiece arrangement is not strictly restricted;

5. Use the cognac relief valve or hydraulic compensator to limit the effective torque in both directions. The system allows the load to be supported for a long time. The two-way can limit different torques and easily realize overload protection.

6. Due to the use of oil as working medium, the relative moving surface of the component can be self-lubricated, with little wear and long service life;

7. The output range is large, the low speed control of the load is good, and the load can be started well;

8. Easy to control and control, high degree of automation.
