Small Crane Maintenance

Small crane maintenance is very important, the correct maintenance measures, not only can extend the service life of small crane, but also can bring us the greatest economic benefits. About the small crane maintenance, we summarized the following points for reference:

1. When the hoisting machine is used for the first time or the new steel wire rope is replaced, the steel wire rope shall be fully released with the load and wound once (it can be wound at any height). The first section shall be hoisted with the steel wire rope clip to the place where the hoisting height is exactly, and then the second section shall be hoisted with the hoisting hook until the whole section is wound with the load.

2. The winding of the wire rope should be arranged neatly, compact and close, and the wear condition should be checked frequently. If there is any problem, it should be replaced immediately.

3. Check whether the machine has abnormal sound during use.

4. Cannot release the press when the weight is lowered by the inertia of the weight to slide, which will speed up the wear of the motor brake friction. When the motor appears to stop sliding, the back cover of the motor can be opened and an appropriate gasket is placed under the brake spring.

5. Clean the dirt of screw, clutch, bearing, screw and other parts regularly and keep them well lubricated.

6. The product shall be maintained once after 200 hours of use, such as cleaning up the dirt, adding lubricating oil and adjusting the fastening bolts.
