The coal scraper winch is mainly used for ore handling and filling in the pit or open air of metal mines and other mines. Mainly used for horizontal rake, also can be used for slope rake with low inclination, can not be used as lifting equipment. Scraper winch structure

Scraper winch is mainly composed of reduction gear, main drum, auxiliary drum, control device, rope guide device and motor. These parts are installed inside and outside the shell, the shell is a more than eight six good steel parts, not only to protect, support, and bear all the load. It is bolted to two slides connected to the foundation. The double scraper winch has a main drum (on the right side, that is, near the motor) and a secondary drum (on the left side). The three-drum winch has one main drum (mounted in the middle), two auxiliary drum (mounted on the left and right), and the three-drum scraper winch can also have two main drum (mounted on the right and middle), and one auxiliary drum (mounted on the left), each drum has a corresponding control device and a steel rope guide device.
