(1)The operation of the Mortar Spraying Machine is generally carried out by two people. During the construction process, the two people should cooperate closely, find problems and deal with them in time.

(2)The vertical interval between the spray gun head and the sprayed surface should be 0.8-1.0m. The shot nozzle should be vertical to the rock surface. When spraying the top, it is advisable to look down 10 to 15 degrees below the shot point of view. When spraying the top, the small elevation angle is 65 degrees. After the pit is filled and leveled, follow the normal operation to achieve a one-time shotcrete.

(3)During shotcrete, the air supply pressure of the Mortar Spraying Machine is between 0.4-0.63MPa, and the water pressure is about 0.3-0.4MPa. The amount of water added is controlled by the experience of the pulper, and the appropriate water-cement ratio is 0.4-0.5 between. In the shotcrete process, the water supply should be adjusted in time according to the change of the discharge amount to ensure the accurate water-cement ratio, so that the wet concrete of shotcrete has no dry spots, no flow, strong adhesion and less rebound material.

(4)Control the water-material ratio well,so that the ejected material is not whitish, does not flow, and has a shiny appearance. The shotcrete operation should be performed in strict accordance with the requirements of "three truths and three noes". Namely: finishing before spraying, spraying on hard bottom during spraying, finishing with two rebounds after spraying; no stagnant water, no slippage, no wearing of skirts.

(5)Before the shotcrete is loaded, clean up the debris, gangue, tools, etc. around the feeder, and it is strictly forbidden to stand around the feeder.
