Mortar Spraying Machine Operation Process

Ⅰ. General Requirements

1. The driver must be trained to master the "structure, performance, and basic principles" of the mortar spraying machine, so as to "be able to use, maintain, maintain, and handle general failures". After passing the exam and obtaining a certificate, you can work.

2. The driver is responsible for the operation of the sprayer and the maintenance of the safety facilities.

Ⅱ. Preparation Before Starting

1. Check whether the connecting parts of the whole machine are firm, and whether the rotating and sliding parts are flexible and reliable.

2. Check the connection between the drive motor and the power supply, and jog the motor to observe whether the rotation direction is consistent with the working direction, otherwise the power supply should be phased.

Ⅲ. Mortar Spraying Machine Operation

1. Open the shut-off valve of each gas path, open the shut-off valve of the nozzle, and pre-wet the surface of the rock mass.

2. Start the motor, open the air stop valve of the vibrator, add the mixed material into the hopper, and start the spraying operation. During the work, the operator should properly adjust the water supply of the nozzle to ensure that the material has a suitable ratio.

3. The operator should pay attention to observe the residual air holes on the side of the main engine. If there is residual material discharged, the air supply volume of the lower air circuit should be appropriately reduced. Until there is no material discharged from the residual air outlet of the machine and the equipment works normally.

Ⅳ. Other Matters Needing Attention

1.Before stopping, first stop feeding, and when no material is ejected from the nozzle, close the water supply shut-off valve.

2.Add a small amount of wet sand to the hopper at the same time, so as to rinse the residual material in the hopper and rotor cavity.

3.When no material is ejected from the nozzle, turn off the motor power, close the shut-off valves of each gas path, and lock the control switch.

4.Each shift should disassemble the discharge elbow, the rubber joint plate rotating body, remove the adhesive, disassemble the seat body, remove the residual material accumulated in the seat body, and clean the body of the shotcrete.

5.The feeding should be uniform and consistent with the injection operation to avoid the phenomenon of crushing the vibrating screen.

6.It is strictly forbidden to stir the ash on the sieve by hand.
