Despite the use of 20CrMnTi high-quality steel, the hardness of the tooth surface reached HRC56~62 after quenching and quenching. The service life is only about one year. The original structure of the gear is hot mounted on the motor shaft, and it is very inconvenient to disassemble when replacing. The structure has been completely improved, no hot loading is required, and replacement and maintenance are very convenient.
3.Improve the structure of the bucket, increase the filling factor of the bucket, and improve the efficiency of the mine. The caries material has also been improved to make the caries wearable and prolong the service life. Originally used high-manganese steel (ZGMnl3) with good wear resistance, but many units of use reflect that this kind of steel is not suitable for the caries. It is bolted or riveted on the body of the bucket. When the mine is underground, due to the roadway (raceway) ) poor lighting, sometimes broken bolts or rivets. The caries fall off and the workers are not easy to find.
